Fall is here and it is getting cooler out there. With that the sun is setting earlier and I know that it is almost dark by the time I’m home in the evenings. I enjoyed a summer of nice walks with Henry on the trail, but the trail isn’t lighted so we will be only able to go there on weekends for the most part.
As we approach winters I think more about nice warm treats and comfort food. Just snuggling up on the couch with a nice blanket. But, the weather can’t be an excuse for throwing my fitness progress out the window!
I’m still attending a class at the gym twice a week, but I try to do more stuff at home. I have an elliptical, but we all like to spice things up once and while. The trainer at the gym suggested a TV Commercial Workout! I love the idea.
For the TV commercial workout you can still catch your favorite show. But, instead of just sitting around and checking facebook for the millionth time on the commercial break, you can fit in your workout! It is so simple and it will get you working up a sweat.
I’m not a trainer or fitness expert, by any means, so feel free to change the events that trigger the workout or the individual workout choices to what you know how to do or what works best for you. I didn’t event it, the trainer at the gym recommended it so alter as you need!
This is my TV Commercial Workout that I’ll be doing! Now instead of watching the biggest loser on tv and eating an evening snack I’ll be working up a sweat and still catching the episode!
